Why doesn't Obama let Bill Clinton teach him how to create jobs?

Obviously Obama has no experience whatsoever in running the US economy or creating jobs and Clinton has offered to teach him but I don't think Obama is willing even if it might save our country. Well we got what we ask for didn't we an On the Job Training president who hasn't a clue and doesn't want one.
