Liberal IQ Test/Math Quiz! How many of the 3.5 Million Jobs that Obama was supposed to Create are Ready?

There are quire a few bridge-rebuilding projects going on in my area funded by those stimulus dollars - so I surmise there are a lot of jobs that were ready.
