Would I have to move to Japan if I work for nintendo?

Okay, it's basically my dream to work for nintendo as someone who helps pitch ideas for video games and design levels and stuff. I know I would be good at it and I know I can get the job (I'm pretty much willing to do ANYTHING for it). But what I don't know is will I have to move to Japan to get it? I mean, it would be great to get away from Americas horrible economy, but Japan is pretty far away. Even having to move to another state would be huge for me. PLEASE ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
