My hard disk test failed? HELP?

Best idea is get avg to run a full scan and then clean it out( dbl checks for viruses) then do the hard disk check if that doesn't work get an external hard drive and back your stuff up if you can't afford that just run to best buy and once your done restore and return the hard drive and once your done reset then hard drive then transfer the files back
