Solutions for the U.S. economy?

Our National Debt is currently at $14, 460, 527,000,000 and counting, no matter who is responsible for it, we need a solutution. Our Elected officials don't seem to be able to come up with any viable bi-partisan solutions to this crisit. I am looking for legitimate bi-partisan solutions, which may even include compromise on some issues. Please no lambasting leftwing or rightwing banter, just offer viable, legitimate solutions.
