My sketch paper is too thin to redraw on what can I do, the project is finished otherwise.?

I sketched a portrait of my gf and I was reworking her teeth over and over and now the paper has dulled and appears faded. Is there any technique I can use such as white out to enhance the paper so I can salvage many hours of work and a great picture otherwise?
