I have Two very diffrent carrer choices help!?

Okay, so im 14 and i live in St George, Utah. So i am really interested in being a Surgeon (General or Plastic) But im also interested in going to La Cordon Bleu Cooking School In Paris. I Know what the best career choice would be but i also know the competition in being a Surgeon and all the hard work i know i am cut out for it but i need to know how i am going to get into a good medical school and all the pre med stuff. I need to know anything about being a surgeon i don't need any stupid answers about how its hard i don't care i just want to know how i can get into good schools. Ok, and so with the cooking schools is it like something you go to collage for or are you considered a drop out Of you go to cooking school and i know the economy is bad right now and alot of chefs are out of work so i was thinking id post this and let all you answer my questions, i just though it would be better to ask know then to try to figure this out when i am a senior.
